Barclays: CAPs

Barclays CAPs is a customer service system that lets banking staff know which products are relevant to individual customers. To help unpack the benefits in a  digestible fashion, a range of illustrations were created to connect CAPs to the different points on the life journey of a typical customer. The resulting training pack humanised the CAPs system and helped to successfully promote the clear benefits to Barclays front-line staff.
